- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 eggs, separated
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix sugar, melted butter and egg yolks together.

2Mix 1/2 cup of the milk with flour and shake; add to mixture.

3Heat 1 1/2 cups milk to lukewarm and add to mixture.

4Beat egg whites (not stiff) and vanilla; add to mixture and put in pie shell.

5Bake at 425° for 10 minutes; after that, turn temperature down to 375° for 35 minutes.
