  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 7 oz. coconut
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar caramel ice cream topping
  • 2 (9-inch) pie crusts

    Mix first 3 ingredients until smooth.

    Add coconut and pecans.

    Toast until brown, stirring constantly.

    Bake two (9-inch) pie crusts.
