- 1 (16 oz.) jar caramel ice cream topping
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 8 to 9 large apples*, pared and sliced (pears can be used)
Directions

1Mix together the caramel topping with the softened cream cheese.

2Pare and slice apples just before serving.

3Sprinkle a little lemon juice on them to retard the browning of the apples. Makes 24.
