  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar, sifted

    Boil over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Stir in milk and cook until it comes to a boil.

    Remove from heat, cool, add sugar until spreading consistency.
