- 100 g flour
- 60 g margarine
- 40 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 30 ml milk or soy milk
- 6 pieces caramel
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 170C/340F.

2Put the margarine into a bowl, mix it until it becomes smooth, then add the sugar and mix together well.

3Beat an egg and add to the bowl.

4Mix well.

5Add the flour and baking powder into the bowl and mix lightly, then pour in the milk, mixing together until you form a dough.

6Put dough into a silicon muffin mold (about half full is the best), then push a piece of caramel into the dough.

7Bake for 20 minutes and remove to a cooling rack.
