  • 12 c. popped corn
  • 3 c. pecan halves
  • 1 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Divide popcorn and nuts between two ungreased pans.

    Cook brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt over medium heat until bubbly around edges.

    Continue cooking for 5 minutes.

    Pour over popcorn and nuts, stirring until corn is well coated.

    Bake, uncovered, at 200°, stirring every 15 minutes for 1 hour.
