- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. grated orange rind
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1/4 tsp. mace
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 12 brown-and-serve rolls
Directions

1Combine sugar, orange rind, orange juice, mace and margarine. Spread over the bottom of ungreased shallow pan.

2Place rolls upside down over sugar mixture.

3Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Remove from oven.

4Let rolls stand in pan until syrup thickens, or about 1 minute.

5Invert pan and remove rolls so the caramel-orange topping coats rolls.
