  • 6 qt. popped popcorn
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. light Karo
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. soda

Directions

    Pop popcorn and put in roasting pan (disposable type).

    Melt margarine and add brown sugar, salt and Karo.

    Boil 5 minutes without stirring.

    Remove from heat and add vanilla and soda. Pour over popcorn and stir.

    Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
