- 10 quarts of popcorn (no salt)
- 1 1/2 cups butter
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 cup white syrup
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions

1Pop the 10 quarts of popcorn and set aside.

2Cook the butter, brown sugar, salt and white syrup for 5 minutes.

3Add the baking soda and vanilla.

4Pour over the popcorn and bake for 1 hour at 250 degrees.

5Stir every 20 minutes.
