  • 8 qt. popped corn
  • 2 c. pecans
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. white sugar, granulated
  • 1/2 c. corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix butter, sugars, syrup, salt and vanilla together.

    Bring to a boil.

    Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Remove from fire.

    Add baking soda.

    Mix popcorn, pecans and butter in a bowl. Pour into pan.

    Bake 1 hour at 250°.
