- 8 quarts Popcorn (popped)
- 2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cups Corn Syrup
- 1 cup Butter
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Directions

1Divide popcorn between two large roasting pans lightly sprayed with a nonstick spray.

2Set aside.

3In a large sauce pot, combine brown sugar, corn syrup and butter.

4Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until the mixture comes to a boil.

5Boil for 5 minutes over low heat.

6Remove from heat.

7Add baking soda and vanilla.

8The baking soda will cause the mixture to foam up slightly.

9Pour caramel mixture over divided popcorn.

10Stir carefully to distribute over popcorn.

11Place in a 200 degrees oven for 1 hour.

12Gently stir mixture every 15 minutes.
