- 2 to 3 gal. popcorn
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white syrup
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Bring butter, brown sugar and syrup to a boil.

2Boil for 5 minutes.

3Mix baking soda and vanilla.

4Add soda and vanilla to butter mixture while it is foaming.

5Pour over popcorn.

6Bake 1 hour at 250°.

7Stir every 15 minutes.
