- 1 c. margarine (2 sticks)
- 2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Karo syrup
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Boil together margarine, sugar and syrup. Add baking soda. Pour hot syrup mixture over popcorn to coat evenly.

2Bake at 250° for 30 to 40 minutes.
