  • 6 to 8 qt. popped corn
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. white syrup
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. soda

Directions

    Divide popcorn into 2 greased 9 x 13 pans. Boil sugar, syrup and margarine for 5 minutes after it comes to a rolling boil. Remove from heat. Add soda. Stir well and while still foaming, pour over popcorn. Mix until coated. Bake 1 hour at 250°. Stir about every 15 minutes to separate popcorn.
