  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 c. dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 c. heavy cream

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in heavy saucepan. Cook over high heat until mixture reaches 210° on candy thermometer. Let cool for 20 minutes; skim surface if necessary. Drizzle over cake. Sauce may be cooled and reheated in warm water.
