- 3 large onions, sliced
- 50 ml olive oil
- 3 clove garlic, crushed
- 10 ml white sugar
- 5 ml salt
- 5 ml ground black pepper
Directions

1Preheat a frying pan, medium to high heat

2Add the olive oil followed by the onions

3Fry the onions for about 10 minutes or until almost transluscent

4Add the garlic, sugar, salt and pepper.

5Fry for a further 10 minutes or until the onions turn light brown
