- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 purchased 7-inch angel food cake, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 c. finely chopped pecans
Directions

1In saucepan, combine butter and sugar over medium heat until sugar dissolves.

2Bring to boil and cook until syrup reaches soft ball stage (234° to 240°).

3Remove from heat.

4Using tongs, dip cake cubes in syrup; roll in pecans.

5Place on waxed paper to cool.
