- 1 small bag carrots
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- hot water
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
Directions

1Peel and slice the carrots.

2Put in pan. Cover with water and parboil.

3Drain the water and make a well in the middle of carrots. Add oleo. Add 1/4 cup hot water. Add sugar.

4Spoon sauce mixture over carrots. Simmer until carrots are done. Add water, if needed.

5You may add cinnamon.

6It's easy enough for a kid to do.
