  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons flour

    Melt butter in a skillet, add onions and cook over medium heat until they caramelize and have reached a golden tone.
