  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. white syrup
  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 1 pt. cream or half and half
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pecans (if desired)

Directions

    Cook the sugar, syrup, oleo and cream to fairly soft ball stage (244°).

    Add vanilla and pecans.

    Cool and let harden slightly. Wrap pieces in waxed paper.
