  • 3 c. white sugar
  • 3 c. white corn syrup
  • 1 qt. whipping cream
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Pour sugar, syrup and 1/2 cream into huge pan.

    Bring to a boil.

    Just before boiling, add baking soda.

    Add rest of cream slowly.

    Cok until candy thermometer reaches 243°.
