Directions

1Cook sugar, syrup and 1 cup cream to 238°.

2Add 1 cup cream and cook to 238° again.

3Add 1 cup cream and cook to 240°.

4Remove from heat and add vanilla.

5Put in a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.

6Cool. Cut in squares.

7Wrap individual wax papers.
