  • 3 c. whipping cream
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. white syrup
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cook sugar, syrup and 1 cup cream to 238°.

    Add 1 cup cream and cook to 238° again.

    Add 1 cup cream and cook to 240°.

    Remove from heat and add vanilla.

    Put in a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.

    Cool. Cut in squares.

    Wrap individual wax papers.
