- 1 stick oleo
- 2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla

1Cook until thick (in heavy pan) sugar and syrup.

2Add oleo; let it melt.

3Then add milk and cook at 245°.

4Add vanilla.

5Pour milk into syrup slowly, so boil doesn't stop--a must!
