- 2 c. heavy or whipped cream
- 1 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

2In 4-quart saucepan with candy thermometer in place over medium heat, heat cream, sugar and syrup to boiling.

3Stir frequently.

4Continue cooking until 234° or soft ball stage.

5Gradually add milk; stir constantly until 246°. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.

6Pour into pan; cool.

7Invert pan, cut and wrap.

8Keep refrigerated.
