- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup reduced fat peanut butter
- 4 cups wheat and barley cereal nuggets
Directions

1Microwave corn syrup, sugar and peanut butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or just until mixture boils, stirring every minute.

2Add cereal; mix well.

3Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan.

4Spray lightly with cooking spray.

5Press cereal mixture firmly into prepared pan.

6Cool.

7Lift cereal mixture from pan, using foil handles.

8Cut into 30 bars.

9Wrap bars individually with plastic wrap.

10Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
