- 1/2 lb thick bacon
- 3 eggs
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- black pepper
- 1/4 cup butter or margerine
- 1 cup grated romano cheese
Directions

1Cook bacon until crisp. Remove & drain, reserve 2-3 tbs drippings. Saute green pepper (cut in strips & pieces)in bacon drippings until soft.

2In seperate bowl, beat eggs, Add salt & pepper to taste.

3Toss butter with hot pasta until melted, add eggs, toss well to blend. Add bacon,green pepper mixture with some of drippings. Add Romano cheese. Toss well.
