Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb thick bacon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • black pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter or margerine
  • 1 cup grated romano cheese

Directions

    Cook bacon until crisp. Remove & drain, reserve 2-3 tbs drippings. Saute green pepper (cut in strips & pieces)in bacon drippings until soft.

    In seperate bowl, beat eggs, Add salt & pepper to taste.

    Toss butter with hot pasta until melted, add eggs, toss well to blend. Add bacon,green pepper mixture with some of drippings. Add Romano cheese. Toss well.
