Carbonara with White Miso

Ingredients
- 80 to 100 grams Pasta
- 1 lots x 1% Hot water and salt
- 5 cm Bacon
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 50 ml Fresh cream
- 50 ml Milk
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 tbsp White miso
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp Kombu tea
- 1 Parmesan cheese
- 1 Coarsely ground black pepper
Directions

1Start cooking the pasta with lots of hot water (1% salt).

2Slice the bacon into 1 cm width pieces.

3Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

4Heat olive oil in a pan, and saute the garlic over low heat.

5When fragrant, add the bacon and saute.

6Combine the freshly cooked pasta with the mixed ingredients, then add everything into the pan.

7Mix together briefly, then turn the heat off.

8Briefly add and mix in the kombu tea to season.

9Dish it up, and serve with parmesan cheese and black pepper.

10You could also use tubed grated garlic and sliced bacon.
