- 16 oz. linguine
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1/2 c. butter
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 4 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Bake bacon until crisp, brown and crumble.

2Set aside.

3Cook linguine according to package.

4Drain and saute in butter.

5Remove to serving platter and keep warm.

6Mix cream and yolks well and pour into pan used to saute pasta.

7Stir until thick over medium heat.

8Add cheese and blend well.

9Pour over pasta and sprinkle with bacon.

10Toss and serve.
