- 6 slices fish
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large sliced onion
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. leaf thyme
Directions

1Use

2slices of trout, red snapper, bass or any other fish you like. Cut about 3/4-inch thick.

3Pat fish dry; sprinkle with salt and pepper and brown it in hot oil.

4Remove fish from pan.

5Saute onion, tomatoes, thyme and vinegar.

6Add about 1/4 cup water.

7Put back in sauce and simmer 5 minutes.

8Serve with rice or potatoes and fresh spinach.
