Ingredients
- 1 (17 oz.) can sweet potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except marshmallows in large bowl. Mix well.

2Place 1/2 of mixture in greased casserole.

3Place 1 cup marshmallows evenly over all.

4Cover with remaining mixture.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

6Place remaining marshmallows on top. Bake 10 more minutes.

7Serves 6.
