  • 1 can peaches in heavy syrup is best
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 vanilla ice cream
  • 1 nutmeg grated to taste. optional

Directions

    Strain liquid in to sauce pot keep peaches of to the side

    Add sugar to the liquid and bring to a boil and stir the liquid till sugar dissolves

    It depends on your stove min took me 15 min but cook till the liquid starts to thicken and turn brown one it has place peaches into the liquid let cool and serve on ice cream and grate fresh nutmeg to taste
