  • 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 4 pounds Top Sirloin Steak, Cut Into 1 Inch Cubes
  • 13 cups Flour
  • 3 teaspoons Salt
  • 3 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1- 1/2 cup Water
  • 3 whole Potatoes, Diced
  • 1 cube Beef Bouillon
  • 3 Tablespoons Tomato Bouillon
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • Tortillas, To Serve
  • Shredded Cheese, To Serve

Directions

    In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the oil over medium/high heat.

    Coat the meat with the flour, salt and pepper.

    Brown the meat until browned on all sides.

    Add the remaining ingredients.

    Cover and simmer for 3 or more hours, stirring occasionally.

    Serve with warm flour tortillas and lots of cheese!
