- 3 lbs boneless pork shoulder
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 orange, quartered
- 1 lime, quartered
- 14 cup brown sugar
- 1 12 teaspoons chili powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 12 cup water
Directions

1Trim fat from pork and cut into cubes.

2Heat oil in large pot and add pork, garlic and onions.

3Cook over high heat for 5-10 minutes to brown pork.

4Add orange, lime, brown sugar, chili powder, salt, pepper and water to pot; stir and bring to a boil.

5Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until pork is tender.

6Remove cover and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until liquid has cooked off.

7Press with back of spoon to break up meat.

8Serve as you like.

9Suggested on flour tortillas with salsa and beans.
