  • 1 small box Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, save 1/2 can juice
  • 1/2 small jar salsa
  • 2/3 c. Karo syrup
  • 1 tsp. chili powder

Directions

    Brown ground beef with onions and green peppers.

    Drain.

    Add tomatoes, spices, syrup and salsa.

    Cook macaroni and add cubed Velveeta.

    Add ground beef mixture to this.

    Bake at 375°, covered, for 40 to 45 minutes.
