- 2 green peppers, chopped or sliced
- 1 c. apricot preserves
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. ginger
Directions

1Sprinkle meat with meat tenderizer, garlic salt, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
