  • 1 large bunch kale. My favorite is lacchinato.
  • 2 Tbs. high quality olive oil
  • 1 Tbs. ume plum vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. rice vinegar - can use seasoned rice vinegar for a variation
  • 1 Tbs. dried basil

Directions

    Steam kale until wilted.

    Combine the remaining ingredients and toss with the cooked kale. Serve separately in bowls.
