- 1/2 cup soft butter
- 1 16 oz box brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups self rising flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions

1Cream butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.

2Blend in flour and then add nuts.

3Spoon batter into a well greased lightly floured 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 300 for 45 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE.

4Cut into squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

5Keep these covered well or they will get hard.
