  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • nutmeg, to taste

Directions
