  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 13 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 (2 ounce) cans anchovies or 4 tablespoons anchovy paste
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Directions

    Combine vinegar, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a blender and mix.

    Add yogurt and either anchovies or anchovy paste and blend together thoroughly.
