- 1 (6 lb.) carp
- 5 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1You will need one 12 x 12-inch pine board.

2Butter 1 side of pine board; cut carp in half.

3Rub salt on both sides of carp; sprinkle pepper on pine board.

4Place carp on pine board and insert in oven.

5Bake 45 minutes.

6Take out of oven and spread tomatoes over pine board.

7Throw carp away and eat the board. Makes four 6 x 6-inch servings.
