  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 12 cups oil
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 cups grated carrots
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 34 cups powdered sugar

Directions

    Beat the eggs, add sugar and oil.

    Beat well.

    Add the salt, baking soda, cinnamon, flour, and carrots and mix.

    Pour into a greased and floured 15 x10 inch pan.

    Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

    After the bars have cooled completely, beat the butter and cream cheese until smooth.

    Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and spread onto the bars.
