Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups Warm Water
  • 2-1/4 cups Strong White Bread Flour
  • 1 cup Wholemeal Flour
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Salt
  • 1 cup Grated Carrot
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Molasses
  • 1/4 cups Natural Yogurt
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Quick Action Dry Yeast
  • 1/4 cups Chopped Walnuts
  • 1/4 cups Raisins

Directions

    Put all the ingredients in your breadmaker (except the raisins and walnuts) in the order that they appear. Switch on according to the instructions on your breadmaker. I usually set it to rapid bake.

    If your breadmaker has a nut compartment, put the nuts and raisins in there. If not, wait until it's at the kneading stage then add them in.
