- 3/4 cups Warm Water
- 2-1/4 cups Strong White Bread Flour
- 1 cup Wholemeal Flour
- 1/2 Tablespoons Salt
- 1 cup Grated Carrot
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Molasses
- 1/4 cups Natural Yogurt
- 1/2 Tablespoons Quick Action Dry Yeast
- 1/4 cups Chopped Walnuts
- 1/4 cups Raisins
Directions

1Put all the ingredients in your breadmaker (except the raisins and walnuts) in the order that they appear. Switch on according to the instructions on your breadmaker. I usually set it to rapid bake.

2If your breadmaker has a nut compartment, put the nuts and raisins in there. If not, wait until it's at the kneading stage then add them in.
