- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. finely grated carrots
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Into flour put soda, salt and cinnamon.

2Mix together salad oil, eggs and sugar; add flour and then grated carrots.

3Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.

4Cool 15 minutes before dumping.

5Fill pan 1/2 full.
