- 2 Tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 Cup Pecans, grated
- 2 Tsp. Cinnamon
- Dash Salt
- 1 1/2 Cups Corn Oil
- 8 Cups Carrots, grated
- 4 Eggs
Directions

1Sift flour, soda, powder, salt and cinnamon.

2In a separate bowl, mix sugar and oil.

3Beat the carrots into the sugar and oil mixture and beat in one egg at a time.

4Add the dry ingredients and pecans to sugar mixture; beat well.

5Pour into a well greased 9x13 pan.
