- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. shredded carrots
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Beat oil and sugar.

2Add eggs, one at a time, and beat.

3Mix together dry ingredients.

4Add dry ingredients to oil and sugar mixture, blending well.

5Fold in carrots and nuts.

6Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan in 325° oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
