- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
Directions

1Blend oil and sugar.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beat after each.

3Sift all dry ingredients and add 1/3 at a time, beating after each.

4Fold in carrots and nuts.

5Bake at 350° until done, approximately 40 minutes.
