  • 2 c. shredded carrots
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 c. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1/3 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. lemon
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
