  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. flour (plain)
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. grated carrots

    Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; add flour mixture with the 2 cups sugar and oil.
