- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

- 1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
Directions

1Cook peas according to package directions, omitting salt; drain and transfer to a large bowl.
