  • 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen English peas
  • 2 teaspoons reduced-calorie margarine
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

Directions

    Cook peas according to package directions, omitting salt; drain and transfer to a large bowl.

    Add margarine and remaining 4 ingredients, stirring until margarine melts. Serve warm.
