  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 c. grated carrots
  • 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon and mix with Wesson oil, sugar and eggs.

    Add raw grated carrots and nuts.

    Bake in layers from 30 to 40 minutes in 300° oven.
